Victoria Caroline Adams was born April 17, 1974, in Hertfordshire, England. She has two siblings, brother Christian and sister Louise. Her parents had a successful electrical wholesale business and were well off by most standards.

Hard to believe but Victoria was not popular in school and was even teased because of her acne.

The British magazine "Prima" has voted Victoria as the Best Dressed Woman in 2002 and 2003.
